This policy explains what information KleanKrafts collects when you use www.kleankrafts.com, the KleanKrafts web app and the KleanKrafts Android app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. KleanKrafts supplies cleaning and hygiene products to businesses and facilities in India. All our products are priced on enquiry, so the information below is used to prepare and send you quotations and to deliver your orders.
Information we collect
When you request a quote
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company or facility name.
- Billing and delivery details you choose to add: legal name, GSTIN, billing address, delivery address and contact person.
- The products and quantities in your quote list, and any comments you write.
When you sign in to see your quotes
- Your email address, to send you a one-time sign-in link. No password is used.
On your device
- Your quote list, recent searches and sign-in session are stored on your phone or in your browser so the app works offline and remembers your list. They stay on your device until you clear them or sign out.
- If you turn on notifications, we store a notification token for your device (from your browser, or from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging in the Android app) so we can tell you when your quote is ready or your order is confirmed.
What we do not collect
- We do not take payments in the app or on the website, and we do not collect card or bank details.
- We do not use advertising, advertising IDs, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not collect your location, contacts, photos or files.
How we use your information
- To prepare, send and follow up on your quotations and orders.
- To contact you about your quote or order by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To send notifications you have turned on (quote ready, order updates and occasional offers). You can turn them off at any time in the app or your phone’s settings.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run KleanKrafts, and only for the purposes above:
- Amazon Web Services (servers and storage, in India — Mumbai region).
- Google (email delivery through Gmail, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android notifications).
- Meta WhatsApp Business (messages about your quote or order, when you have given a WhatsApp number).
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Security and retention
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing krishna.hvs@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices) are kept for the required period.
- You can turn notifications off in the app’s Account screen or in your phone’s settings, and you can sign out at any time.
Children
KleanKrafts is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
